I was about 10 years old when my oldest brother introduced me to
karate. Back then, I found myself in and out of martial arts. It was not
until 1998 when I started training with Rapacon's Kajukenbo and have
since been a part of the Rapacon's Martial Arts family... I enjoy sharing
information... Specifically, self-defense techniques of what I have
learned over the years with kids and adults. Seeing the progression of
self-defense techniques achieved with our students makes me feel
proud that I was a part of that progression. Furthermore, watching our
kids interacting with each other while helping them with their katas,
sparring, exercising and playing adds a big smile to my heart because I
am one who believes in spreading the love and respect that we should
have for one another... Other activities I enjoy in my spare time include:
Basketball, softball, golf, weightlifting and running. After spending 18
years in the legal field, I changed my career and became a full-time
Realtor that gives me the flexibility to spend more time with my family.
