Kajukenbo from Professor Christopher Rapacon. After he passed away
in 1987, I continued training with my future father-in-law. Today, I run a
school with my wife, in honor of my original instructor. I want to carry on
what I have learned to my three children, and others. It had always
been my instructor's goal to have his instructors carry on his teachings.
I am currently the only one continuing his legacy the best I can.
Professor thought that by keeping the title that I hold in Shorinji-Kempo,
while my wife holds the title of Sifu, shows the integration of the two
styles into one school.
My time is more valuable to my family than money, however, without
money there is not much we can do with our time. I am currently
working on a project that will give me both, so I can devote more time to
my family, fellow instructors, and my students.
