helped me tremendously. Martial arts has transformed me from being a
shy, soft spoken, out of shape kid into a proud, disciplined, reasonable
and respectable person. I feel that martial arts is something that any
child (or adult) should embrace as much I do. In the future, I plan to
keep training hard and sharing the knowledge that I have learned from
my instructor as he did from his instructor.

probably the typical reason anyone

self defense. When I was younger,
my friends and I got jumped by some
