Roque Rapacon has over 20 years of Martial Arts experience. Roque
holds the rank of 4th degree black belt and the title of Sifu in the
Original American Mixed Martial Art of Kajukenbo. He has just recently
returned from living in Las Vegas for 2 years where he trained in Mixed
Martial Arts (Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu & Wrestling) with
some of the elite names in the sport, including: Former UFC
Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir, Muay Thai Champion & MMA Fighter
Kit Cope, Female Muay Thai Champion & Undefeated MMA Superstar
Gina Carano, and up and coming MMA Fighter Angelo Atuna. Roque
is currently an instructor at Lakeridge Fitness in Vallejo, California,
where he teaches Kick Boxing (Muay Thai), Boxing, Submission
Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts and is Chief Instructor of Rapacon's
Martial Arts at Lakeridge Fitness. He is also a trained Utility Stuntman.
